Hidden away high in the trees in the secluded southern end of the national park, Lake Manyara Tree Lodge offers a sophisticated blend of natural indulgence and romance.

Nestled in dense forest between the lakeshore and the steep Rift Valley escarpment, the lodge is perfectly positioned to explore the park’s wealth of habitats.

The Lodge is in a remote location and is the only accommodation within the park, and since most "day trippers" spend at least half the day in the northern sector, you are unlikely to see any other vehicles whilst out on game drives.

Each luxury suite is a lofty tree house with private veranda and large windows that open up to the lush forest, welcoming in the sights and sounds of the bush and maintain the natural feel.

The bedrooms are spacious with an expansive sitting room area looking out over the forest canopy. The bathrooms have a free-standing tub (with view) or an open air shower behind a simple bamboo screen.

A comfortably furnished upstairs sitting room area offers relaxing sofas and chairs.  Below this is the open-air kitchen which adds character to the outside dining boma.
