Arusha Coffee Lodge is situated on a large coffee plantation on the western edge of Arusha town very close to the airport. A perfect location for heading out to or returning from safari in the Northern Parks.

The accommodation consists of 18 rooms described as "Plantation Houses". The rooms, which are a superb feature of the lodge, are luxuriously furnished and feature a split-level living room area and private deck.

The lodge's well known restaurant - "Redds" - has a beautiful large garden area which is popular for lunches, and an enclosed dining room and bar. The food on recent visits has been good but perhaps not up to expectations for a lodge that strives for 5 star recognition.

Most visitors stay for just one night before heading out on safari but if you do have longer then there is a lovely swimming pool area with sun loungers where you can relax. The lodge has an excellent curio shop or you can head out to one of the nearby markets or stores.

The lodge has a very convenient location to Arusha airport (only 5 minutes away) however it is much further from Kilimanjaro airport than the lodges on the eastern side of town so not ideal for a late night arrival.
