The Kempinski Bilila Lodge is a new lodge that opened in June 2009 in the central Serengeti region.

As part of the large international range of Kempinski hotels, its style and character is in line with that of a large luxury hotel chain.

All of the 74 rooms and suites have ensuite bathrooms, air-conditioning, satellite TV, DVD and high-speed internet access. From each bedroom you step out through floor to ceiling glass doors onto your private teak deck. All Corner Suites and Private Villas also feature private plunge pools overlooking the game park.

The main restaurant offers Pan-African and International cuisine in a modern African setting with an open "Theatre Cooking" kitchen. Guest can also choose to relax in the comfortable lounge or enjoy a light meal at the pool bar. The main bar offers a rare selection of whiskeys, cognacs and cigars as well as an extensive wine cellar.

The hotel also offers facilities such as a health club with gym area and spa; swimming pool, games room, conference rooms, art gallery, gift shops and a medical clinic.
