The campsite, known as Makoma, is strategically located to cover the vast Serengeti Plains.  With scenic drives in whichever direction you follow, the camp is only a 2 hour drive from the Grumeti River and Olduvai Gorge Museum but which a choice of airstips nearby.

The camp offers comfortable accommodation in 20 tents with en suite facilities.  The mess tent, where meals are served, is well kitted out in a central area of the camp.  Every evening the campfire forms a central hub where guests enjoy appetizers and snacks whilst discussing the day's events before dinner.
