The Beach Lodge is situated about 5km north of Swakopmund town centre. It is one of the only hotels in the area that sits directly on the beach so you can enjoy fabulous sea views directly from the balcony of your room.

Beach Lodge offers 15 rooms in different configurations with a nautical theme.  The location, architecture, ambience and service are all impressive and the hotel's restaurant - "The Wreak" - has developed a reputation as one of the best restaurants in town.

All rooms are equipped with double or twin beds, en suite bathrooms, telephone, TV, a coffee/tea station and a small fridge. Most rooms are equipped with roof fans and rooms without fire-places are equipped with heaters.  Portable braai facilities and wood are provided on request and can be set up on the lawn.

We really like this hotel and its eccentrities. The beach location is lovely and being a little out of town is not a problem as almost everyone who includes Swakopmund in their trip is on a self-drive holiday.
