Sussi & Chuma Lodge is named after explorer David Livingstone's two faithful companions who carried his body all way back to England from where he died in Zambia. The lodge itself is an exclusive haven in the heart of Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park, which in addition to Victoria Falls, also boasts a wide variety of game as well as countless opportunities for adventure.

The main lodge is built on two levels, perched in giant ebony trees overlooking the Zambezi. This building features a raised bar, lounge area and deck, open air dining area, curio shop and swimming pool. Spa treatments are also available.

Accommodation consists of twelve luxury air-conditioned tree houses, connected by wooden walkways. Each tree house enjoys views over the river and is open plan with shower, bathtub, vanity area and private toilet. Facilities include private viewing deck, minibar, mosquito nets, overhead fans and hairdryer.

In addition, there are two private houses available, each with two bedrooms, their own dining areas and decks with plunge pools, private chef and house staff.

Activities include tours of the Victoria Falls, game drives within the National Park, river cruises, fishing excursions and guided nature walks. Tours of Livingstone town and museum, visits to Mkuni Market and Simonga Village are all outstanding ways of learning about the people and local culture.

Other activities on offer in the area at an additional charge include helicopter flights, micro-lighting, jet boating, and white water rafting.
